ISO Certification
Certified, without
the guesswork.
Your customers are asking for an ISO certificate. We take you from we have no documentation to a certificate on the wall — and we handle the parts you should not have to learn.
Certifications & credentials
Why it matters
Certification is not a trophy.
It is an entry ticket.
Contracts you can bid
Federal, state, and local solicitations list ISO certification as a pass/fail requirement or a scored factor. Without it, you are screened out before anyone reads your proposal.
Work that costs less
Documented processes cut rework, duplicated effort, and the cost of fixing mistakes after delivery. The savings outlast the certificate.
A business that scales
New hires learn a written process instead of shadowing someone until they figure it out. Risk gets identified before it becomes liability.
Our own certificate of registration
We hold it too
We went through this before we asked you to.
Griffin Consulting Partners LLC is certified itself with muliple ISO and other certifications. We built the documentation, sat for the audit, and closed the findings — which is why we can tell you what an auditor actually asks for rather than what a template says they might.
This is what yours will look like: your legal name, your scope in your words, the standard, the IAF codes, and the dates that drive your surveillance and renewal schedule.
- StandardISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management System
- ScopeManagement consultancy and related facility contracting services for logistics, healthcare, and IT industries
- IAF codes28 and 35
- RegisteredMay 2025, with annual surveillance and a three-year cycle
The process
Five steps. Two payment points.
You always know what happens next.
Discovery call
We talk through your business, your customers, and what prompted this. We recommend the standard that fits and give you a written quote.
Registration and first deposit
You complete a short information sheet. Once it is returned and the deposit clears, we open a private, secure folder for your company and send the document checklist.
Payment point 1Documents and review
You upload what you have. We check every item, flag the gaps, and build the policies, procedures, and records around how your company actually works.
Drafts and your review meeting
Approved draft documents come back to you. We sit down together and update them so they describe your real operation, not a template with your name on it.
Certificate issued — and renewed
Your approving authority signs off, the remaining payments complete, and your certificate is issued by an independent accredited certification body. We track your renewal so it never lapses quietly.
Payment point 2The standard is public. Knowing what an auditor will accept is not. That gap is the whole job
Standards we support
The standard that fits your business
Not sure which one? Most small service firms start with ISO 9001. Pursuing more than one at the same time usually costs less than doing them one after another.

Readiness check
How ready are you today?
Twelve questions, about two minutes. There is no wrong answer and nothing here can disqualify you — it just tells us where to start. Most companies score in the middle.
Nothing is submitted until you choose to send it. We reply within one business day with a straight answer about whether certification is the right move for you.
Common questions
What clients ask us first
What does it cost?
We quote in writing after the discovery call, once we know your standard, headcount, number of sites, and how much documentation you already have. One fixed quote, three payment points, no hourly billing and no surprise invoices in between.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much documentation you already have and how quickly you return items. A company with existing procedures moves faster than one starting from scratch. We give you a realistic estimate after the discovery call. We do not promise a date, because the certification decision is not ours to make.
Who actually decides whether we get certified?
An independent certification body, accredited to make that decision. Griffin Consulting Partners prepares you and manages the process — we do not audit you and we do not issue the certificate. That independence is what makes your certificate worth something. Ask us and we will tell you exactly who is handling your file.
Are you certified yourselves?
Yes. Griffin Consulting Partners holds multiple ISO & other certification for management consultancy and related facility contracting services. We built the documentation, sat the audit, and closed the findings before we ever asked a client to do the same.
We are a three-person firm. Are we too small?
No. The standards are written to scale. A small firm has a smaller management system, not a lesser one. Much of our work is with companies under fifty people.
We do not have any of the documents. Is that a problem?
That is the most common starting point, and building them is a large part of what you are hiring us for. Send what you have. We will tell you what is missing.
What happens if the audit turns up a problem?
Findings are normal and are not a failure. You get the opportunity to correct them, and we help you write and close out the corrective action.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. Documents are stored in a private, access-controlled folder — only the contacts you name and the staff assigned to your engagement can see them. We share only what the certification process requires, and we will sign your confidentiality agreement before you upload anything.
What happens at renewal?
Certificates run on a cycle with periodic surveillance checks. We contact you well ahead of your renewal date, request only what has changed plus your current-year records, and manage the submission. The partial renewal payment is due 120 business days before your renewal date — roughly five to six calendar months — so we start the conversation early.
Next step
One conversation is enough
to know where you stand.
Bring whatever prompted this — the bid language, the customer requirement, or just the question. Our certification team will tell you honestly whether certification is the right move and what it will take.
